Darkstar is the TTT's top agent, and liaison to outside groups. With little knowledge of who he is, or why he does what he does, Darkstar's most striking characteristic is his apathy toward admittedly unusual situations.

Physical: Unknown. (Nobody ever fights him hand-to-hand.)

"Super" Powers: Stating the obvious, which everyone else seems to miss.

Equipment: His trench coat transforms into a suit of techno-armor whenever a TTT satellite observes a known threat in his vicinity. His glasses project a constant stream of information on the lenses, they're fed by a supercomputer back at TTT headquarters. Darkstar carries a variety of arms. His favorites are a compact mini-rocket launcher and a laser-sighted, electric-coil pistol.
